James always says that you should over-promise and over-deliver. Though, most people say you should under-promise and then over-deliver.
The over-promise gets you beyond what people think you might be able to do. Yes, it's stressful, but you'll stand out.
Then, when you over-deliver beyond even that, you'll grow as a person.
